Hi. My name is Dan Verity. I build, ride and race gravity bikes in the UK. My team is Green Machine North Yorkshire and we do ok. Been building and riding for at least 6 years now and love it. Out of action at the mo with a broken hip socket but will be back. Always building bikes and parts and usually have a couple for sale. If you want to buy a gravity bike, need fabrication or machining, need advice or just fancy a chat, give me a shout. Oh yeh, and I am the vice chairman of BIGBA. I am also short, bald and quite opinionated (but lets not get into that).

Hi Guys, just checking in to this new site. I m Rick from Oldham, most of you will know me from cartie racing but I am giving bikes a go this season (2013) . Am going to start building soon so any general advice would be very welcome Dan........ some really hot secrets of going faster would also be appreciated. On an allied note have just taken delivery of two new road hybrid bikes for me and the wife. They are made by Trek and seem prtty good, hydrulic brakes, front suspension nearly all the whistles and bells. Looking forward to racing next season.(am doing Windmill Hill next weekend in the cart)

Hello everyone, just a quick note to welcome everyone onto the site. I've been racing gravity bikes since the IGSA race at Eastbourne in the summer of 2008. Hope the site goes from strength to strength and that the gravity racing scene follows suit. See you on a hill soon.
